Ray Muzyka

Ray Muzyka is an angel investor at ThresholdImpact and a Strategic Advisory Board member at Creative Destruction Lab, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Before transitioning to venture investing, he co-founded the video game development studio BioWare alongside Greg Zeschuk, serving as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Following BioWare's corporate acquisition by Electronic Arts, he joined the acquiring firm as a Vice President. Prior to his executive career in the technology sector, he earned a medical degree and practiced as an emergency room physician, holding BMSc, MD, CCFP, and MBA credentials. He has been involved with Creative Destruction Lab since 2017 as a Global Founding Partner and Mentor, officially joining its advisory board in April 2022. His current investment strategy primarily focuses on early-stage technology ventures, deep tech startups, and impact-driven enterprises across multiple global industries.
