Ray Morgan

Ray Morgan is the current CEO and Co-Founder of Vibe, an AI-powered developer platform based in San Francisco, California. He launched the two-employee startup as part of the Y Combinator Summer 2024 cohort to build conversational tools for B2B web development. Previously, Morgan spent a decade at Stripe, where he led core payments engineering teams and helped scale annual processing volume from under $10 billion to over $100 billion. During his tenure, he launched new products including Stripe Issuing and drove enterprise readiness initiatives for major corporate clients. Earlier in his career, he founded a technology startup that was acquired by eBay and later served as the head of frontend engineering at Zappos. His current focus and professional background center on scaling high-volume fintech infrastructure and developing advanced artificial intelligence tools for enterprise software creation.
