Ray Iyer

Ray Iyer is the San Francisco-based Co-Founder of Anglera, an AI-powered e-commerce product data management platform currently backed by the Y Combinator accelerator program. Prior to launching this startup, he worked in product leadership at Uber Eats, where he successfully launched the delivery platform's first consumer packaged goods advertising products. Iyer previously held various software engineering roles at major technology companies including Meta, Microsoft, and Verkada. He transitioned into these corporate engineering positions after earning both his bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science with a specialization in systems and artificial intelligence from Stanford University. At Anglera, he and co-founder Amay Aggarwal are developing AI agents designed to reduce e-commerce product onboarding times from fifteen minutes to just five seconds. His current focus centers on automating product data enrichment for the $20 billion product information management industry.
