Raviv Sapir

Raviv Sapir is a Partner at PICO Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel, which manages over $300 million in assets. Prior to joining PICO in 2018, he worked as a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Ernst and Young, where he spent three years specializing in financial due diligence and corporate valuations for multinational technology companies. Earlier in his career, Sapir served for four years as a Commander and Intelligence Analyst in Unit 8200 of the Israel Defense Forces, managing teams of over 15 analysts in complex intelligence operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His current investment focus centers on enterprise software, cybersecurity, and data infrastructure startups emerging from the broader Israeli technology ecosystem.
