Raul Zablah

Raul Zablah is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Galini, a Y Combinator-backed startup providing compliance guardrails for artificial intelligence applications. Previously, he served as the technical lead for the Site Reliability Engineering team at Bridgewater, where he built a six-person unit from scratch to support an investment engine managing $175 billion AUM. Zablah also worked as a senior staff engineer at Ridgeline, scaling the SRE team to ten members and supporting a tenfold increase in customer growth over twelve months within a 350-engineer organization. Earlier in his career, he gained enterprise engineering experience in the financial sector and earned a master's degree in computer science alongside a dual degree from UPenn. His technical background centers on scaling enterprise platforms, establishing reliability practices, and developing security infrastructure for high-stakes financial and AI systems.
