Rathin Shah

Rathin Shah is the co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Spenmo, a financial technology company based in Singapore. Prior to establishing the commercial spend management platform in 2019, he gained operational and strategic experience working at prominent Southeast Asian technology firms, including Gojek and Grab. Under his leadership, Spenmo scaled its corporate cards and automated accounts payable software across the region, securing over $119 million in venture capital funding. This capitalization included a $34 million Series A round led by Insight Partners and an $85 million Series B round directed by Tiger Global. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Singapore Management University, where he developed his foundational expertise in finance and administration.
