Raphael Mukomilow

Raphael Mukomilow is a Partner and Head of Growth at Picus Capital, based in Munich, Germany. Since joining the venture capital firm in June 2021, he has advised portfolio companies across the real estate, finance, renewable energy, and healthcare sectors on scaling strategies, financing, IPO preparation, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, he worked at Stirling Square Capital Partners, where he led investments and managed private and public exits for firms including BYGGFAKTA Group and Logent. Earlier in his career, he focused on sales and marketing strategies as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Mukomilow currently focuses on providing growth-stage support and strategic scaling guidance for various high-growth technology companies.
