Raphael Cohen

Raphael Cohen is a serial entrepreneur and executive focused on scaling high-growth technology startups across the Asia-Pacific region. He previously served as Head of Asia at Rocket Internet and as Managing Director of Foodpanda Vietnam, where he led operations for the largest food delivery network in Asia outside of China. As a founder, Cohen co-launched Gobee.bike, which became the second-largest bike-sharing operator outside of China, and HotelQuickly, the leading last-minute hotel booking application in the Asia-Pacific market. A French national who speaks seven languages, he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and has lived in six countries, including Singapore, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. His background centers on driving operational growth, executing market expansion strategies, and building consumer platforms for mobility, travel, and logistics ventures throughout various Asian markets.
