Rannveig Fadum

Rannveig Fadum is an Investment Director at Investinor based in Telemark, Norway, where she focuses on pre-seed investments and manages the Co-investment fund for Northern Norway. Before joining the Norwegian venture capital firm in 2020, she served as the Investment Director for pre-seed funds and Head of Funding for Entrepreneurs at Innovation Norway. In these leadership roles, she directed the national development of early-stage funding mechanisms, including specialized pre-seed funds and national startup loan programs. Her formal academic background includes studying business and administration at BI Norwegian Business School and completing specialized coursework in entrepreneurship at Babson College. She also holds prior professional experience in industrial design, product development, and cross-functional project management. Fadum currently focuses on expanding early-stage venture capital access and developing the regional startup ecosystem across the broader Northern Norwegian market.
