Rania Ajakane

Rania Ajakane is an Analyst on the Growth team at Inovia Capital, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She joined the venture capital firm in February 2022 to focus on growth equity investments in the information technology and telecommunications sectors, supporting a platform that currently manages over $2.2 billion in assets. Prior to entering the venture capital industry, Ajakane worked as a Consultant within the Banking Strategy practice at Accenture. In this capacity, she advised major financial institutions and enterprise clients on artificial intelligence adoption and complex cost reduction initiatives. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, where she also served as the president of the university's finance club. Her current focus leverages this technical engineering background and strategic consulting experience to evaluate and support scaling global technology companies.
