Randy Scott

Randy Scott is a Partner and Co-Founder at HealthQuest Capital, a venture capital firm managing approximately $850 million in committed capital across three funds. Since co-founding the firm in 2013, he has led growth-stage investments in healthcare transformation and currently serves on the boards of Magnolia Medical Technology, Trice Medical, and Springbuk. Before transitioning to venture capital, he founded NovaMin Technology, which was acquired by GlaxoSmithKline at a 10x return, and led the turnaround of USBiomaterials' bone-grafting business, now a division of Halma PLC. His early career included brand management at Procter & Gamble and an early management role at LensCrafters, following a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Georgia Tech. Drawing on over 29 years of industry experience, Scott focuses on funding medical technology and healthcare innovation companies that address tangible patient problems.
