Randolph Seidler

Randolph Seidler is a Venture Partner at Anterra Capital based in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. Prior to this advisory position, he served as a Partner at the firm starting in 2016 and previously worked as an investment professional at Rabo Ventures, the venture capital arm of Rabobank. At Anterra Capital, which manages over €300 million in assets across more than 50 investments, he has been involved with notable portfolio companies including Mosa Meat, Plantible, and NotCo. His recent activity includes contributing to a €20 million Series A funding round for an agricultural robotics startup in 2024 and participating in the firm's advisory board expansion in early 2026.
