Randall Lloyd

Randall Lloyd is the Managing Partner at Signal Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California. He manages over $150 million in assets, directing seed and Series A investments across the artificial intelligence, fintech, and enterprise software sectors. Recently, he led an $8 million seed round for Replicate Labs in March 2025 and joined the board of directors at Vercel. Prior to his current role, Lloyd served as a General Partner at ff Venture Capital from 2014 to 2020 and held early investment positions at Bain Capital Ventures. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Science, having backed more than 20 portfolio companies with notable acquisitions by Google and Salesforce. His career combines operational startup experience with a sustained focus on funding high-growth technology ventures.
