Randall E. Poliner

Randall E. Poliner is the President and Director of Antares Capital Corporation, a private equity firm he founded in 1993, based in Merritt Island, Florida. Before establishing Antares Capital, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Flood Data Services, growing annual sales from $4 million to $70 million before selling the business to First American. He also operated as the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Macrodyne, Inc., which was acquired by The Marmon Group, and held earlier engineering positions. Poliner holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. His current focus centers on directing venture capital investments into expansion-stage technology companies while leveraging his extensive background in instrumentation and signal processing.
