Ramy Khorshed

Ramy Khorshed is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sakneen, a real estate technology startup based in Cairo, Egypt. Established in 2019, the company provides a SaaS platform designed specifically for property developers, operating with a core team of nine employees. Under his leadership, Sakneen secured early-stage backing and participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2020 accelerator batch. Before launching his current enterprise, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics alongside a certificate in Information Science and Studies from Duke University in 2014. He subsequently advanced his technical expertise by completing software development training at the Flatiron School in New York City and studying under Nassim Nicholas Taleb in the Real World Risk program. Khorshed's current focus centers on scaling Sakneen's digital infrastructure to modernize housing transactions and streamline inventory management for real estate developers.
