Ramsay Siegal

Ramsay Siegal is a Partner at Earthshot Ventures based in California, where she focuses on early-stage climate technology venture capital investments. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, she spent six years leading the portfolio and practice areas at Elemental Excelerator, managing an active portfolio of more than 100 climate technology companies. Earlier in her career, Siegal drove Asia-Pacific international expansion through channel partnerships at eMeter, a smart grid startup backed by Sequoia Capital that was acquired by Siemens AG in 2011. She began her professional career developing commercial-scale solar photovoltaic projects for public sector clients and later received the 2022 C3E Social, Economic, and Policy Innovation Award. Her current investment focus centers on pre-seed to Series B startups applying software and artificial intelligence to critical infrastructure across the energy, mobility, and industrial sectors.
