Ramon Benet

Ramon Benet is a Venture Partner at Nina Capital and the President of Instrumentation Laboratory Co., serving as an active angel investor and board member in the healthcare sector. Before transitioning to venture capital and advisory roles in 2021, he spent a decade as the Chief Executive Officer of Instrumentation Laboratory, leading corporate operations until his retirement. Earlier in his career, Benet held marketing and sales leadership positions at major pharmaceutical and medical device corporations, including Johnson & Johnson, Centocor Diagnostics, and Novartis. He holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona and earned a Master of Business Administration from IESE Business School at the University of Navarra. Benet currently focuses his investments and mentorship efforts on early-stage startups developing innovative solutions in digital health, medical devices, and in vitro diagnostics.
