Rami Kalish is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Pitango Venture Capital, based in Tel Aviv, Israel. He originally established the firm as Polaris Venture Capital in 1993 alongside Chemi Peres, subsequently growing the organization to manage over $3 billion in assets under management across 14 distinct funds. Under his leadership, the venture capital firm has executed more than 300 investments and achieved over 90 successful exits, including NASDAQ and NYSE public listings or acquisitions by major global technology corporations such as Google and Apple. To support continued expansion, Kalish helped raise a record $750 million fund in 2020 while backing prominent enterprise software and cybersecurity companies like DriveNets and AppsFlyer. Today, his current investment focus remains strictly centered on early-stage and growth-stage equity opportunities within the cyber technology, B2B software, and HealthTech sectors.
