Rami El-Jisr

Rami El-Jisr is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of BY Venture Partners and the Founder and Managing Partner of Broadgate Advisers, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Alongside co-founders Abdallah Yafi and Ghaith Yafi, he leads BY Venture Partners, an investment firm that closed its second early-stage technology fund at $50 million in October 2021. The firm's active venture capital portfolio includes strategic investments in regional and international startups such as Huspy, Onfido, and Thrive Market. Through Broadgate Advisers, El-Jisr also directs cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and wealth management operations that span five continents with additional offices in Beirut, Geneva, and Kuala Lumpur. Holding an MBA and a BA in Economics, his current focus centers on bridging the Middle East and North Africa ecosystem with global markets through venture capital investments and financial advisory services.
