Raman Khanna is a Managing Director at Dell Technologies Capital in Palo Alto, California, where he leads early-stage investments in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data infrastructure. Before joining the firm in 2016, he served as a Managing Director at EMC Ventures for three years and co-founded Diamondhead Ventures, which he operated from 2000 to 2013. Earlier in his professional career, Khanna spent 16 years at Stanford University, eventually serving as Chief Information Officer, and held advisory board positions at Cisco and Microsoft. His venture portfolio includes leading a Series B funding round in JFrog and holding board roles at enterprise companies such as Netskope, Alation, and FullStory.
