Ram Jayaraman

Ram Jayaraman is currently the Co-Founder of a stealth startup based in San Jose, California. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Plate IQ, a Y Combinator-backed enterprise software company that processes over one million invoices per month and serves approximately three percent of all restaurants located in major metropolitan areas. Before launching Plate IQ, Jayaraman was a founding team member at Automatic Labs, another Y Combinator-backed venture, and began his technology career working as an engineer at BlackBerry Labs. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, and previously co-founded the startup Levit alongside Ram Periathiruvadi. His professional background centers on building venture-backed enterprise software and scalable cloud-connected services, with an ongoing focus on observability, restaurant technology, and occasional angel investing.
