Raluca Apostol

Raluca Apostol is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Nestor, an artificial intelligence and people science platform focused on talent development and skills mapping for enterprise clients. Holding a Ph.D. in Machine Learning with research referenced by Intel and LG Electronics, she brings over a decade of software industry experience and previously co-founded Marionette Studio. Under her product leadership, Nestor achieved a 98% organizational adoption rate and secured a $2 million seed round led by Eleven Ventures and Underline Ventures to target mid-to-large enterprises. An alumna of the Y Combinator S18 batch, Apostol also co-founded the Girls Who Code Iasi community and recruited UiPath executive Andreea Baciu as an advisor. She leverages her extensive background in team management and enterprise software consultancy to drive behavioral change and enhance employee growth in modern hybrid work environments.
