Raju Reddy

Raju Reddy is a Venture Partner at Inventus Capital Partners, where he focuses on technology investments and advises portfolio companies. He began his career at Intel before founding Sierra Atlantic, a global services company where he served as Chief Executive Officer until its acquisition by Hitachi in 2011. Transitioning to venture capital, Reddy has completed more than 30 investments as an angel investor, achieving two exits and five step-ups of at least 10X. His investment portfolio includes board and advisory positions at technology companies such as Poshmark, GreyOrange, and Quizizz. He also serves on the board of the RAND Corporation Center for Asia Pacific Policy and co-founded the Kakatiya Sandbox social impact initiative in rural India. Today, his primary focus remains on guiding early-stage technology entrepreneurs through active venture investing and strategic board governance.
