Rajiv Lulla

Rajiv Lulla is a Partner in the Data, Digital, and Technology Leaders Practice at Caldwell, based in Toronto, Canada. Prior to joining the retained executive search firm in January 2024, he led the Global Systems and Engineering practices at Egon Zehnder. His corporate background includes serving as Lead Account Partner at IBM Global Business Services, where he oversaw digital transformation and cognitive computing initiatives, and acting as Chief Executive Officer of NDTV. Lulla previously held the Senior Vice President title at Nexstar Media Group after beginning his career at ViacomCBS, and he holds an MS from Stanford University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and an MTech from the Indian Institute of Technology New Delhi. His current focus centers on recruiting technology executives for private equity and venture-backed organizations across the digital media and analytics sectors.
