Rajeev Dadoo

Rajeev Dadoo is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at SR One, operating out of the San Francisco Bay Area. He joined the life sciences venture capital firm in 2004, building a track record over two decades of investing in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Prior to his venture capital career, Dadoo held strategic roles in the Competitive Excellence group at GSK and worked in technology and clinical development at Genentech. His earlier operational experience includes product development at Bio-Rad Laboratories, business development at Genome Therapeutics, and co-founding Unimicro Technologies. An alumnus of the Kauffman Fellows Program, he earned a bachelor's degree from Knox College, a doctorate in chemistry from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Wharton School. Dadoo currently focuses his investment strategy on advancing early-stage therapeutics and healthcare technology companies.
