Rajeev Behera

Rajeev Behera is a serial entrepreneur and technology executive who is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is recognized as the co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Reflektive, an enterprise performance management software company that he established and led from 2014 until 2020. Under his direct leadership, the human resources technology platform scaled its operations to 250 employees and secured more than $100 million in venture capital funding from prominent investment firms, including Lightspeed Venture Partners and Norwest Venture Partners. The software business was recognized by Deloitte as the 13th fastest-growing company in North America in 2018 before being acquired by 15Five in October 2020.
