Rajashekar Vasantha

Rajashekar Vasantha is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of SynthioLabs, an artificial intelligence software startup based in San Francisco, California. In November 2025, he helped secure $5 million in funding for the six-employee company, which is currently participating in the Y Combinator Spring 2025 batch. Prior to launching SynthioLabs, Vasantha led generative AI initiatives for life sciences at McKinsey, where he advised top 50 pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms on clinical development, medical affairs, and commercial strategies. His earlier technical career includes conducting foundational artificial intelligence research at Amazon Web Services and the Center for Data Science at New York University. Currently, Vasantha focuses on developing compliant, agentic voice AI operating systems and multimodal engagement tools that are designed specifically to optimize go-to-market operations across the broader pharmaceutical value chain.
