Rahul Parekh

Rahul Parekh is currently a Partner at the venture capital firm 2150 based in London, UK. Prior to his current role, he spent eight years working as an Executive Director in equity derivatives trading at Goldman Sachs in London after earning an M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge. He subsequently transitioned to the technology sector as a Managing Director on Rocket Internet’s European investment team, where he evaluated and funded early-stage urban mobile on-demand businesses. As an entrepreneur, Parekh co-founded the food technology startup EatFirst, serving as its Chief Executive Officer and scaling the company's international operations until its successful acquisition in 2020. Today, his primary investment focus centers on sustainability, leveraging his dual perspective as an exited founder and institutional investor to back emerging technologies addressing the environmental impacts of global urbanization.
