Ragnar Jongen

Ragnar Jongen is a Principal at DN Capital based in Berlin, Germany, where he splits his time with the firm's central London office. Joining the venture capital firm in 2016, he specializes in early-stage technology investments across the software-as-a-service and digital marketplace sectors. Prior to his investment career, Jongen founded two e-commerce and sales companies in the Netherlands and completed a strategy consulting internship at McKinsey & Company. He holds a double Master of Science in Management from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Groningen. Additionally, he co-founded VEECEE, a professional networking organization designed to connect venture capital investors operating throughout the European ecosystem. His current professional focus centers on identifying and scaling early-stage software and marketplace startups within the German- and Dutch-speaking regional markets.
