Rafi Gidron is the Managing Partner at Cloudline Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Prior to his career in venture capital, he co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of CTERA Networks, a prominent enterprise cloud storage provider. His extensive operational background also includes key leadership positions at the data storage technology company Storwize, which was subsequently acquired by IBM. At Cloudline Ventures, which announced a new investment fund close in the third quarter of 2024, Gidron actively manages a portfolio of more than 20 startup investments. He recently led a 2024 funding round for the cybersecurity startup Cynomi and participated as a speaker in the January 2025 Cybertech conference. His current focus remains on identifying and scaling early-stage technology ventures across the enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence sectors.
