Raffi Kamber

Raffi Kamber is a General Partner and Co-founder at Singular, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Paris, France. Before launching the firm alongside Jérémy Uzan, he spent eight years serving as a Partner at Alven, building nearly two decades of investment experience within the European technology ecosystem. During his career, he has been involved with prominent technology companies such as Algolia and Qonto. Under his leadership, Singular has raised over €600 million in total capital, including a €225 million inaugural vehicle in 2020 and a €400 million second fund closed in 2023. The firm has backed approximately 40 companies across ten European countries, deploying initial capital into a wide variety of high-growth startups. Kamber currently focuses on leading early-stage investments across diverse sectors, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, financial technology, healthcare, and climate technology.
