Rafał Brzoska

Rafał Brzoska is a Polish entrepreneur and investor currently serving as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of InPost, based in Warsaw, Poland. He established the logistics and e-commerce infrastructure company in 1999, partnering with private equity firm Advent International to scale its automated parcel locker network into one of the largest in Europe. Under his leadership as CEO, the company executed a major public listing on the Euronext Amsterdam exchange in 2021, achieving an initial market valuation exceeding €7 billion. Brzoska subsequently directed the strategic expansion of the business into Western European markets through the €565 million acquisition of the French logistics firm Mondial Relay. His professional background primarily centers on developing automated last-mile delivery solutions, scaling international logistics technology, and advancing e-commerce infrastructure across the broader Central and Eastern European markets.
