Rafael Campos

Rafael Campos is the Managing Partner at VOX Capital, an impact-driven venture capital firm based in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil. In this capacity, he oversees a portfolio of more than 50 early-stage technology companies and directs over $200 million in total assets under management. His recent investment activity includes leading a $15 million Series A funding round for the Brazilian healthtech startup Alice in 2025, alongside the launch of VOX's new $50 million climate fund. Prior to his current leadership role, Campos held investment positions at prominent Latin American venture firms Valor Capital Group and Monashees, earning a bachelor's degree in international business from Texas Tech University. His career remains focused on scaling impact-oriented fintech, healthtech, and climate tech ventures across emerging markets in Latin America, building on past successes like the 2021 acquisition of Neoway.
