Rachel Springate

Rachel Springate is the Los Angeles-based co-founding General Partner of Muse Capital, an early-stage consumer technology venture fund. Prior to establishing the firm in 2016 alongside Assia Grazioli-Venier, she developed a professional background in luxury partnerships and corporate brand strategy. Springate currently manages a portfolio of more than 50 investments focused on women's health, sustainability, and entertainment, with over 70% of the capital allocated to female and underrepresented founders. She also co-created the firm's advisory arm, Muse Sport, which facilitates investments and strategic relationships with major sports organizations such as the Washington Spirit and SailGP. As a Class 25 Kauffman Fellow, she has backed notable consumer brands including Beekeeper's Naturals, Midi, and CoFertility. Her current focus remains on leveraging her strategic advisory background to scale early-stage consumer technology and sports-adjacent enterprises across the United States.
