Rachel Manson

Rachel Manson is the Vice President of Marketing and Head of Global Communications at Lightspeed Venture Partners in Menlo Park, United States. Since joining the venture capital firm in 2018, she has directed its global branding initiatives and advised more than 600 portfolio companies on media strategy, narrative development, and crisis management. Prior to her current role, Manson spent over a decade consulting for technology startups and established corporations, managing public relations campaigns and product launches for Google, YouTube, and LEGO. She previously earned degrees in Communications and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where she captained the women's lacrosse team to national rankings before later co-founding the Olympic Club's women's lacrosse team. Manson currently focuses on venture capital marketing, corporate brand building, and user acquisition strategies for early-stage and growth-stage technology enterprises.
