Rachel Holt

Rachel Holt is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Construct Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm. Before launching her fund, she spent nearly 8.5 years on the Executive Leadership Team at Uber, joining as one of the company's first 30 employees. During her extensive tenure, she managed the United States and Canada Rides division, directed global marketing and brand initiatives, and led the New Mobility group overseeing electric bike and scooter operations. Holt began her professional career advising private equity, financial services, and healthcare clients at Bain & Company. She holds an MBA from Stanford University as an Arjay Miller Scholar, alongside an undergraduate degree from Amherst College. Today, her investment strategy focuses on backing early-stage founders who are actively modernizing foundational sectors such as manufacturing, supply chain logistics, and transportation.
