Rabab Nasrallah

Rabab Nasrallah is a Partner at Earlybird Health based in Berlin, Germany, where she specializes in early-stage life sciences and biotechnology investments. Since joining the venture capital firm in 2020, she has executed multiple deals across its first and second funds, contributing to a broader portfolio of over 70 companies that has generated nine initial public offerings. Nasrallah currently serves as a board member for Grey Wolf Therapeutics, HAYA Therapeutics, and Portal Biotech, while holding board observer roles at ImCheck Therapeutics and Argá Medtech. Before entering venture capital, she worked as a program manager at the INCUBATE startup accelerator and held postdoctoral research positions at Cambridge University and Cancer Research UK.
