Raahil Sha

Raahil Sha is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Zeta Surgical, a medical robotics company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He graduated from Harvard University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, following early computational biology research at the NanoTech Institute at the University of Texas at Dallas from 2011 to 2014. Since launching Zeta Surgical in 2018, Sha has helped the Y Combinator-backed startup raise $8.9 million in initial funding from venture capital and angel investors. Under his direct technical leadership, the company developed and secured FDA clearance for the Zeta Cranial Navigation System, while publishing related pre-clinical and clinical research in the Journal of Neurosurgery. His current focus centers on advancing surgical technologies by integrating computational biology, deep neural networks, and robotics to improve modern medical navigation systems.
