Quinn Li

Quinn Li is an Investment Manager at Qualcomm Ventures, where he oversees the firm's global portfolio strategy and directs deep-tech capital allocation. He currently manages a $2 billion investment portfolio comprising more than 150 technology companies distributed across seven international regions. Throughout his venture capital career, Li has led over 12 investments that resulted in successful market exits, including notable financial transactions involving companies like Zoom. Before transitioning to corporate venture capital, he spent several years holding various engineering and product management positions at IBM and Broadcom. His academic credentials include an MBA from Cornell University alongside a doctorate in electrical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
