Quang Hoang

Quang Hoang is the CEO and Co-founder of Vybe, a technology startup currently participating in the Y Combinator X25 batch. Previously, he served as the CEO and Co-founder of Plato, a SaaS mentorship platform for engineering leaders that he scaled to reach $5 million in annual recurring revenue and a 70-person operating team. Under his leadership, Plato raised $23 million in venture capital funding from prominent investors including the Slack Fund, FundersClub, and S28 Capital, while building an active user base of over 30,000 community members. The platform secured major enterprise customers such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Coinbase before ultimately being acquired by Coda. Hoang is a two-time Y Combinator founder whose current professional focus centers on driving new product development and scaling business operations for emerging early-stage software and professional community platforms.
