Qhalisa Kha

Qhalisa Khan is currently a Venture Scout at Active Impact Investments, a venture capital firm backing companies such as RailVision, Agrology, and Lumo. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo, where she completed sixteen months of diverse co-op experience and pursued her CFA Level 1 professional designation. Prior to her current scouting position, Khan spent four years operating as a core investment team member across multiple venture capital firms, including Amplify Capital and Georgian Partners. Following her initial tenure in the venture capital industry, she transitioned into a direct operational capacity by serving as the Chief of Staff at the early-stage climate technology startup Erthos. Khan's current professional focus centers on advancing sustainability initiatives, climate technology development, and global impact investing across both direct investment and operational functions.
