Q Carlson is currently the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at The New Money Company, where he directs product strategy and design leadership for emerging financial technology solutions. Early in his career as an entrepreneur and product designer, he served as a designer at Quizlet and was an early design team member at Flexport during its Winter 2014 cohort. He subsequently advanced to executive leadership roles within the supply chain sector, working as the Vice President of Design at both Hologram and the logistics technology firm project44. In these positions, he developed specialized domain expertise in building user experiences for complex supply chain visibility, encompassing shipping, air, and trucking logistics. Carlson currently focuses on developing innovative financial tools, leveraging his extensive background in scaling product design and user experience across the logistics, educational technology, and fintech sectors.
