Puneet Sukhija

Puneet Sukhija is the Co-founder of Bild AI, an early-stage construction technology enterprise focused on integrating artificial intelligence into the building and real estate development sectors. He began his career in the construction industry at age sixteen by building his first house, eventually scaling his initial homebuilding venture to construct hundreds of residential properties over a seven-year period. Sukhija operated and expanded this early construction company, ultimately leading the business to a formal acquisition by the time he was twenty-three years of age. Prior to this corporate exit, he studied computer science at the University of British Columbia before dropping out to focus entirely on his growing entrepreneurial ventures. Sukhija's current professional work centers on leveraging his established domain expertise in real estate to advance AI-driven software solutions within the broader construction technology market.
