Przemek Obloj

Przemek Obloj is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Blue Horizon, based in the United Kingdom. Before joining the firm in November 2020, he served as Managing Director and Head of European Private Equity at PSP Investments, a Canadian pension fund managing C$170 billion in assets. His earlier career includes senior investment roles at CVC Capital Partners and EQT Partners, following an initial consulting position at McKinsey & Company. In his current capacity, he oversees operations for an investment firm that has deployed over CHF 500 million across more than 55 alternative protein companies and targeted a new $600 million growth equity fund. Drawing upon over fifteen years of global private markets experience, his current focus centers on growth capital and impact investing within the alternative protein, technology, consumer, and life sciences sectors.
