Priya Saiprasad

Priya Saiprasad is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Touring Capital, a $330 million early growth venture fund based in California. Before launching her current firm, she served as a Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers and was a founding member of M12, Microsoft's venture fund. Her 15-year career in enterprise technology and venture capital also includes investment roles at Mayfield Fund and working as an M&A Deal Lead at Square. She has directed investments into numerous prominent software businesses, including PandaDoc, Vendr, and Element AI, which was subsequently acquired by ServiceNow. Saiprasad earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2018. Her current investment strategy focuses on backing early growth stage B2B software providers and AI-enabled SaaS companies.
