Preeti Bhargava, PhD

Preeti Bhargava, PhD is the Co-Founder and CTO of Arintra, an AI-driven healthcare technology company based in San Jose, California. Since co-founding the Y Combinator-backed startup in 2019, she has directed the technical development of autonomous medical coding platforms that have generated a 5% revenue uplift for clients like Mercy Health. Prior to launching Arintra, Bhargava served as a Data Scientist at Demandbase and worked as a Senior Research Engineer at Lithium Technologies following its acquisition of Klout. Her earlier professional background includes research positions at Samsung Research America and Xerox PARC, alongside earning her doctorate and master's degrees in computer science from the University of Maryland. Holding more than 30 United States patents and academic publications, her current focus centers on applying machine learning and natural language processing to automate healthcare revenue cycle management.
