Precious Drew

Precious Drew is the Managing Director at gener8tor, an early-stage venture capital firm and startup accelerator based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, she oversees investment strategies and portfolio management, recently leading a $20 million fundraise in the first quarter of 2025 for a new deep tech accelerator. Prior to joining gener8tor, Drew served as an investor at TitletownTech, a venture fund formed in partnership with the Green Bay Packers, where she focused on Midwest technology ecosystems. The Marquette University graduate has helped scale her current firm's portfolio to over 1,000 companies, including investments in various early-stage startups, and frequently speaks at industry events such as Venture Atlanta. Her current focus centers on driving early-stage investments across the hardware, healthtech, and deep tech sectors while supporting underrepresented founders throughout the broader venture capital lifecycle.
