Prashant Upadhyay

Prashant Upadhyay is the co-founder of PrimeVault, an enterprise technology platform focused on digital asset infrastructure and financial compliance. At PrimeVault, he develops turnkey software solutions that enable traditional financial institutions and global enterprises to seamlessly integrate stablecoin-powered payments, real-world asset tokenization, and cryptocurrency brokerage services into their existing operations. Prior to launching his current venture, Upadhyay served as the first product manager at Rippling, a prominent enterprise software and human resources company backed by the accelerator Y Combinator. During his early tenure at the rapidly scaling startup, he was directly responsible for building core financial infrastructure, which included the company's foundational payroll, payments, risk management, and accounting products. Today, his professional background and current focus center on developing complex financial technology products at the intersection of traditional regulatory compliance frameworks and emerging blockchain ecosystems.
