Prantik Mazumdar

Prantik Mazumdar is a Partner at Rebel Fund and the President of TiE Singapore, based in Singapore. He previously co-founded Happy Marketer, a digital marketing firm that he scaled over a decade before selling it to Merkle, a subsidiary of Dentsu International, in February 2019. During his tenure, the agency managed digital transformation initiatives for major corporate clients including Standard Chartered, Starbucks, Grab, and Shopee. Mazumdar currently serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD and operates as an active angel investor and advisor through regional venture firms like Jungle Ventures and Quest Ventures. Alongside his venture capital activities, he co-founded the sports journalism platform RevSportz and supports philanthropic organizations such as Olympic Gold Quest. His current focus centers on early-stage venture investing, corporate digital transformation consulting, and fostering global entrepreneurship networks across the Asian market.
