Pranay Adhvaryu

Pranay Adhvaryu is the Head of Investments and Portfolio Management at Gray Matters Capital, where he oversees an investment portfolio exceeding $300 million across more than 14 active deals. Before his current position, he managed alternative investment strategies and led venture capital initiatives across the financial technology, health-tech, and direct-to-consumer sectors for BCCL. Adhvaryu previously spent a decade at India Equity Partners executing private equity transactions and began his financial career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in Mumbai and Singapore. Throughout his more than 15-year career in finance, he has held board seats at several portfolio companies, including RG Stone Hospitals, Schoolnet India, and Ocean Sparkle. An INSEAD Executive MBA graduate and Chartered Accountant, Adhvaryu focuses on driving business growth and executing transformative investments within traditional and technology-enabled healthcare, education, and financial services companies.
